the evening of February 15th, 2020 went off without a hitch as crowds gathered amidst the tantalizing scents + well-appointed decor of South coast plaza’s latest culinary addition. seabirds kitchen, the venerable vegan food truck-turned local favorite sit-down spot celebrated the grand opening of its third and most visually-stunning location yet with ample attendance. tantalizing cocktails and delicious bites were offered along with a display of artwork by local artists Matt Allen, jp Olson and Corina rose barnick, curated by Stefan Jeremias. a silent auction was also held, benefiting swtich4good, a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of others through health.
